Jest neurologopedą z kilkuletnim doświadczeniem przede wszystkim w pracy z małym pacjentem. Od blisko pięciu lat pracuje w jednym z największych szpitali pediatrycznych w Polsce, Instytucie "Pomnik - Centrum Zdrowia Dziecka" w Warszawie oraz od dwóch lat prowadzi własny gabinet logopedyczny. Na codzień pracuje jako położna środowiskowo-rodzinna. Prowadzi szkołę rodzenia oraz odwiedza rodziców po porodzie na wizytach patronażowych. Edukuje również przyszłych rodziców oraz kobiety w internecie na swoim profilu na Instagramie.

She has been running a private practice for over 15 years, previously a speech therapist at the Special School Complex in Sopot, where she specialized in the therapy of non-speaking children, children with autism, aphagia or dysphagia.
She cooperates with the University of Gdańsk, conducting practical classes for students of Oligophrenologopedia. For many years, she has been a consultant in the field of neurologopedics at Agnieszka Arendt's Sopot Private Kindergarten (Hestia). She also started cooperation with the Zaufaj Położnej center in Gdynia.
She specializes in working with infants. Diagnoses, assesses and supports the development of oral functions in newborns and infants, assesses the frenulum, prepares and conducts therapy around frenotomy and frenuloplasty of the lingual frenulum.

She has been practicing in the Obstetrics Clinic for over six years, sharing her extensive experience gained at the Clinical Hospital. Involved in the "Trust the Midwife" project, Paulina provides support to expectant mothers and young parents through antenatal classes and lactation consultations, teaching both in groups and individually. Her mission is not only professional care for mothers and children, but also education via social media and a blog, helping all those in need.
Izabela Sidor, MD, obtained the title of Master of Science in Orthodontics at the prestigious Danube Private University in Krems, Austria. Izabela Sidor, MD, PhD, is a graduate of the Faculty of Medicine and Dentistry of the Medical University of Białystok. In 2023, she defended her doctoral dissertation on bone tissue remodeling indicators, obtaining the degree of doctor of medical sciences. She is also an active participant in training courses both in Poland and abroad, which allows her to keep up to date with and implement the latest technologies and treatment methods in orthodontic practice.
