Returns

Important information: Pacifiers can only be returned in their original, unopened packaging! In accordance with consumer law, products delivered in sealed packaging cannot be returned after opening due to health or hygiene reasons.

You have the right to withdraw from the sales contract within 14 days of receiving your order.

To return a product, please complete and send us the return form, which you can download here [link to return form]. You can either put it in the return package or send it to the following email address: hello@luukids.com.

The return process will be faster if the package with the returned goods contains information that allows it to be associated with a specific order. Please include the completed return form or other information (order number, purchaser's details) with the package.

Please return the package at your own expense using any courier. We do not accept packages from parcel machines, collection points or the post office. Please keep the package confirmation until the return process is complete.

We will process returns, as a rule, no later than 14 days from the date of submitting the withdrawal declaration. Please note that we may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or proof of their return, whichever comes first. In case of doubts regarding the condition of the returned product, the final decision will be made by our employees.

In case of returning a product that is part of a promotional set, the entire set must be returned (full-price product and discounted product).

Exchanges

In the LUU Kids online store, an exchange involves returning the selected product (according to the process described above) and placing a new order.

Complaints

Please send any complaints by email to hello@luukids.com.

We will endeavor to respond to your complaint as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the complaint.
