Order processing time

All products available in our online store are in our warehouse. This does not apply to pre-sale products or products awaiting delivery to the warehouse, which are appropriately marked in the online store.

Orders placed before 12:00 PM will be shipped the same day, and orders placed after 12:00 PM will be shipped the next business day.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link.

Delivery time

Poland

In most cases, delivery takes place within 24 hours on business days from the moment the courier collects the package from the warehouse. In exceptional cases, this time may be extended to 48 hours.

European Union

Delivery within European Union may tak up to five business days.
